Welcome! Nice truck. I love my extra cab, but when I am offroad I really wish I had bought the single for the shorter wheelbase. Did you figure out your gear question? Have you considered lockers?

well I'm going to see how it drives with biggers tires and then put some gears in it. and I have considered lockers. I plan on a locker in the front and a limited slip in the rear or lockers in both front and rear.

I'm running 32x11.50x15 Goodyear MTR's on my little 22re, it's tough. I REALLY need to regear...my 5th gear is almost useless.

Um...to start a new thread, make sure you're in the section you want to be in, like 86-95 tech or something, and then in the top left corner theres a button that says "new thread"...click it.

Ogclew, there is a button on top left-hand side right above the list of posts. You need to go to a year or area-specific page, (In your case, it would be '86-95 Truck/ 4Runner'). Then you will see the icon to click that says 'Start new Thread.' BTW, welcome to YotaTech, this is the best site by far for Toyota 4WD's. Think of us as your mechanilcally-inclined online buddies

Hey ogclew welcome looks like you got a nice truck despite the previous owners lack of maintenance.
