This engine blew a head gasket. I "think" I cleaned the walls. It should be dirty because it took a 70 mile trip down the highway

 

Hey!!! Remember me? I still have not got that 22re of mine together yet.... I do have the RV head, 268 cam, master kit from EPN. Took the machine shop 3 months to get me the block, rods, crank back the first time. I put the short block together to find how much had to come off the deck just as Ted has told us to do. (.012)

I took the block back to be decked last Monday the 4th. At this rate you will be able to tell me how this setup feels in a 2wd before I get my block back. Good luck with this build, hope it goes faster than mine.
