Help with Procomp MX6's on a 94 2nd Generation
Does anyone have access to a real person or a good dealer to talk to about Procomp MX6 Shocks - my questions to their website remain unanswered.
I run on my 4" lifted 4runner Procomp ES9000's #926513 on the rear (26.5" extended), and whilst its been a dam good shock I've wanted to upgrade to an MX6 adjustable so I can increase the dampening when I load up.
Reading Procomps catalogue says nothing available, but doing a bit of research in my old catalogue shows that an 86-95 4wd YJ Jeep Wrangler front shock is a stem/loop shock and by deduction these shocks should work on the rear as follows
1) The MX6024 shock should fit a standard 4runner
2) The MX6013 shock should fit a 4" lifted 4runner with no issues,
3) The MX6026 shock may fit if you have longer travel applications.
Can anyone obtain extended/compressed length information on these shocks and confirm they are stemmed top eyed bottom models. Ive tried emailing them - no answer, and calling on the phone from Australia just doesn't seem like a good option.
Thanks if anyone can help with this - it will help widen your choice of shock upgrades if you are like me and want something other than rancho.
