Have you used any stop leak for sealing a bad head gasket?

Make sure you got a good thermostat and or the right one!! Then check radiator and heater core for cloggs. Heater core hoses one should be hotter than the other!

That would be the OEM thermostat. Don't buy one from the parts store. Buy one from the dealership or 1sttoyotaparts.com. I think they are only like 5 or 10 bucks

Check the heater core!!!! If your not losing fluid and it's overheating it's gotta be a clog or a thermostat!!! And I agree about the thermostat get it from Toyota!

In my experience that will ruin a thermostat because boiling is 212 degrees and it's probably supposed to open around 180ish. Try pulling the thermo out and bolting it up without the thermostat in then run it that will make the coolant flow straight through and not give it a chance to warm up. If it's still overheating then I would say your waterpp isn't pumping as much as it should and letting the coolant sit in the block to long!

Ok I understand the waterpump is new but no offense it could still be junk!! Hat about the radiator does it have any damage noticeable if it has flow but a bunch of fins smashed or some tubes pinched it could cause that!

Also you could have some tubes clogged so the fluid isn't getting through enough tubes! If it doesn't look damaged try pushing water through it from bottom up/ backwards to help possibly push any junk in out!

is it pulling air thru the radiator ? the fins could be plugged. i have seen it happen alot with farm trucks. also check the condenser if it has one ,the radiator could be clean and it could be stopping air flow.

Are you sure you got ALL the air outta the system? An air bubble in the system will make it overheat.... If its not air in the system... gotta be the t-stat, or clog somewhere in the system.....or a bad h/g install....
