Question HELP ASAP!! Need some quick info for 22re.

Hey,
I need you guys to bail me out. Had a bhg last week and I'm almost done fixing it. NO DOUBT, I'm puttin my 22RE back together TONIGHT and I'm missing some important info.

Any one have a link to a picture that show the head bolt torque pattern? I want to do this PERFECT.

I'm also looking for the feeler gap distance between the rocker and valve. Hopefully quite down the chatter.

Thanks in advance. I tried searching but couldn't find either.
