Thanks! I think I was looking at a different LC engineering site... this one
http://lcengineering.com/
I'm not sure if they are the same or what the deal is there. I checked out the one you mentioned and may give them a call, but I think I've found a place to purchase them just need to decide between bmotorsports or connectorsfast. I've got to make sure I know what I'm buying and how to properly install them. The thread on how to replace them was a big help there.

Alright. Everything is on pause while the engine is getting worked over. I found a part number for the injectors OEM#90980-11153. I picked one up for $9.20 at the local dealership here. It seems to fit pretty well and I don't have to replace the terminals. They slide right in the new housing. I think it'll work, but it's not the same as the connector housings that are on the truck. They don't have the white tab part in the middle that was mentioned in a link posted here, but the new ones do. I'm not sure I'm explaining it very well so I'll take some pics and post them as soon as I can so the difference can be seen.

I got to take some pics of the injector connectors over the weekend so hopefully it'll help someone out if they're ever dealing with this. The first one is of the old connector that's on the truck and the next is of the new connector. They look close to the same, but the old ones didn't have the white tab that slides down into the connector as a second lock to help secure the terminals. This tab is in the 5th pic. Sorry, for the quality. It's the best I could do with my phone.

The OEM Part number for this injector connector is OEM#90980-11153

Another update.... I got a call from the machine shop and two of the pistons were gaulded so I had to order two of them. OEM cost from 1sttoyotaparts was $74.95/ea. It seems the previous owner didn't stay on top of the maintenance. There was black sludge all over the bottom of the oil pan. Man, this has gotten super expensive. The wife said after all this work I'm never getting rid of this truck.

Look familiar, lol! I'm in the middle of the same job, only I have some unfriendly rust issues to address. I just got done reading your whole thread and thus far you my friend are doing well, probably best that you decided to pull the engine especially since you plan to keep it long term. I have three 4runners total and 2 of them are the 3vz so I plan on just getting this thing back together( correctly of course) and then swapping engines down the road. The other engine just had the job done about two years ago and only has 120,000 on the original engine. I do plan on pulling the pistons while the engine is still mounted and replacing the rings and bearings though. Nice to see someone out there keeping up a beautiful gen 4runner
Good luck and if you have any ?s feel free to ask, I have some experience with this engine as well.Oh just because

Mines the same as yours almost, I have the lift on a black one though

Thanks dubbs... I'll be sure to post up any questions when getting the engine back in the truck. I'm glad I pulled the engine after everything as well. I should've listened to 92toy and pulled it from the start, but I didn't think I'd have to get into the block. The plan was to do the HG only, but once in there I got in way over my head quick.
Those are some nice 4runners.... I've always loved this gen. and have decided I'll be keeping it forever. I'm hoping that when the wife and I decide to have kids I can hang on to it for him. I like the idea of working on this same truck with my kid.
I'm not sure, but maybe this will help you out during your rebuilds. I'm sure it'll help someone...... I found the exact injector connector from toyota for my truck along with a couple of others I can match to an oem part # for folks.....

The Old/Original from my truck is on the right and the new one I picked up from toyota is on the left..... $4.51 from 1sttoyotaparts. The OEM part number for this injector connector is OEM#90980-10720.

Same as above, but a top view.....

A different connector housing I ordered trying to find mine, but this may help others... It has a removable locking tab in the center.... The OEM part number is OEM#90980-11285.

A top view of the one with the tab.....

Update!!.. The Engine is back from the shop. They were super fast getting back together. I thought it wouldn't be ready until the end of next week so now I'm behind on having the parts to get it back together. If anyone is in the area, the guys at Rebel Rebuilders do great work, were very friendly, and were fair with the price. Talk to Stump.... he'll take care of ya. Once we got it back to the house I took some pics of the engine and heads.
The work that was done at the shop:
Heads - Cleaned, resurfaced, valves adjusted
Block - Cleaned, Bearings replaced (Rods, Main, Thrust), Ring job, Replaced Freeze Plugs
Crank (Cleaned,Polished), Rods (Cleaned,Checked), Replaced 2 Pistons
Total Cost: $749.08 excluding the cost of the Pistons
I'll post an update to the price list as much has changed or should I say been added, but for now here are the pics.

Yup.... It's the OCD in me.
I'm just making sure I hit all the bases. I should ask.... I'm replacing the knock sensor wire, but should I replace the knock sensor itself? The engine though... looks nice right?.. I think they did a great job.........
