Head bolts?

Does anybody know the thred size of the head bolt on a 92 3.0? As close as I can tell its a 7/16 - 20. But I need to be sure.

I would think it would be metric, like every other bolt on a Toyota. So 7/16-20 is not likely. As for the actual size I don't know.

Thats what i thought. I took a bolt down to the parts store and the only die that went on smoothly was 7/16 - 20. it doesnt make sense

buy them from the dealer. DON'T get generic bolts for the head...

M12x1.25 is the size, 1.25mm thread pitch is pretty close to 20 threads per inch.

m12 - 125 wow thats amazing . The 7/16-20 just fit perfactly. I've got new toyota bolts i just wanted to chase the threads. thanks

how about bell houseing bolts. ive been through just about every size bolt and nothing seems to fit right.
