Green pushbutton / factory kill switch??

Does anyone know what the purpose of this green button is? It is located behind the radio bezel on the driver side. When pushed in it cuts off the power from the battery. So when you try to turn on the vehicle it won't start. Could it be a factory Killswitch? Cause that's what I've been using it for. I push it in whenever I park somewhere. Does anyone know it's true purpose?

Why do you think it's factory instead of an add-on?

Add on for sure!!

You are very brave pushing unknown buttons can be dangerous .

It could have been for the ejection seat!!

Looks like an aftermarket killswitch to me too.

You should move it somewhere less obvious.

Ya that's the plan. Just need to think of where I want to relocate it.
