Great news! My frame is bent!
So I went to get my 4Runner aligned today, and the guys called me to come down an take a look at it before they worked on it...long story short, somebody hit somethin good an hard, and it bent the rear, right hand lower control arm mount. Guess the IFS setup is stronger than I thought. Anyhow, the main question here is if anybody knows of a good frame shop in the Portland, OR or Bend, OR area. I'd at least like to get this thing checked out an estimated if it's repairable. Thanks in advance.

Yep, that's what happens to your IFS without one of these.
What's this your sayin' about strong? Your frame's now bent, is it not? In my book, your IFS is broke. But, whatever you say.
I straightened mine with a 4 ton come-along($40).
I don't even care to know what the frame shops want for it.
No need to worry about such things anymore.(Thanks to my Sonoran Steel Early IFS Truss)
Good luck!

To fix the issue, we just took a piece of steel, put a couple holes it in, and bolted it on instead of buying a piece to put in there. It doesn't take much to prevent it from happening again.

I slid off a steep muddy trail and my right front tire bounced me off a big ol' tree at about 5 miles per hour, spun me sideways and I slid the rest of the way down the hill. For the record...
Pushed my frame an inch or so in on that side at the rear control arm mounts, upper and lower pushed in.
Shoot, forgot to mention where. Not too far out of the town of Molalla OR, where I'm from.

Alright, to add some closure to this issue...dropped off the 'Runner at a frame shop today. They quoted me $300, I guess we'll see how much that goes up when he goes to align it and sees the condition of my tie rod ends.
