But yes, she needs to take the bra off.
Seriously.

Everyone I know who has installed one ends up with scratches underneath.
Dirt, pebbles, anything else that gets kicked up under there from driving ends up gouging the paint from the friction of the pad pushing on the debris against the paint.

Ditch the bra before the nice looking two door has no clear coat or paint left on the hood
I used to work at a car wash and those bra's rub the clearcoat right off and it will start rusting when water gets trapped under there and you will not even know it
