scope103...thanks for quick reply. Another question, I got refurbished denso fuel injectors and the small top O-rings fit loose. Are they supposed to be or did they put the wrong size on??

You don't care how tight the o-ring is on the injector, you need it to be tight inside the bore of the rail. So if it can be fit into the bore without wrinkling, it's fine.

But when I replaced my o-rings, they fit pretty nicely to the injector. Yours just might be "too" loose.

well, I found 6 toyota OEM ones for 13 bucks....gonna get them and see if they fit tighter or the same. thanks again.

So I got the OEM O-rings and they did fit snugger on the injectors AND the O-rings were not as hard as the ones on the refurbished injectors.My guess is the refurbisher was not about to spend 2 bucks for each O-ring when he could find something close for 10 cents each!....anyway, the install went good with no leaks.

At a dealer? Online? You did the work; someone on this forum might really benefit if you gave where you got them and the part numbers you used.
