Front clip

Can anyone tell me if the front clip off a 1995 4runner 2 wheel drive will fit a 1992 4 wheel drive without and mods?

Are you talking about just the fenders, hood and bumper?

If so im sure they will fit since there isnt really a difference in the body between a 4 wheel drive 4runner and a 2wd 4runner

The bumper, valence, fenders, and side (parking) lights are different between the 2wd and the 4wd. I don't know enough to say whether you could switch ALL of them (going from a 4wd appearance to 2wd), but one at a time they won't fit together.

The 2wd and 4wd Pickups use different sheet metal up front. The 2wd and 4wd 4Runners, on the other hand, use the same sheet metal. You should have no problem using the '95 parts on your '92, unless some clips and/or fasteners changed over the course of those three model years.

in 94 the headlights changed styles so core supports will also have to be swapped

This is correct. The fenders and bumper are the same, but the grill, headlights, and core support are not. Though they look very similar, there were some changes from 92-93 to 94-95. Thanks for clearing that up Blake.

not sure if the fenders are the same on 2wd trucks the corner light is upside down, not sure if runners are like that too, but you may be able to just flip them and swap side to side

The 2wd 4Runners have the same fenders as the 4wd's. The 2wd Pickups are indeed different.
