First post and a question

Hey all, iv been resorting to this web site a lot for information for awhile and figured id introduce myself and ask a question. I got into Toyotas probably four years ago and just recently added two for my daily drivers now. I started with a 85 pickup then replaced my dura with an 11 Tacoma. A couple months ago I made my wife get rid of her Hyundai and in turn she made me give her my Tacoma, bummer. I ended up buying an 89 4runner and have been working on getting her up to par since.

As for the question does anyone know where I might find new mud flaps for the 4 runner, I found after market ones that have the 4x4 on them but there much shorter than the oem ones. Also cant find door seals or sunroof seal. Tried searching but yotatech always brings me the same posts that aren't anything for what iv searched and google brings up a bunch of oem parts site that list them but haven't carried them for years.

Anyway heres the yotas

OEM mud flaps are expensive. Bone yard or CL or Ebay. Marlin's site has a person in Missouri posting in the Parts for Sale section that has "anything you want". Hope it's ok mentioning another site. I bought parts from there with no problem.

I also get OEM parts from toyomotorparts.com. Got parts for my 88 there.

Post up in parts wanted on this forum. Sometimes ya gotta scrounge for what ya want.

Thanks for the advice I got the weatherseal from toyomotoparts and may have found mud flaps

I just got back from a business trip so I haven't been able to post but when I got home I had a nice package waiting four new mickey Thompson classics and 31x10 bf Goodrich all terrains. I installed them today and its a world of difference I will upload pics after it stops raining here. Also thanks for the help guys next is suspension and still trying to figure out which route im gonna go, not going lifted just looking to upgrade shocks and new rear springs and if there is a company out there for it maybe add 1 to 2 inches at the most.

If you want to get 1-2" you can look into ball joint spacers. Options for the back would probably be new springs. 31's will fit just great stock.

Ya they fit a lot better than I expected, there's enough room I think im gonna just put new shocks and springs on it since they have almost 200,000 miles on them. I also plan to do a 3.4l hopefully yet this year so ill get my 1-2 inches out of a body lift since I will not cut my hood.

Any took a few quick pics not great but ill get some cleaned up pics when its nicer out.
