finally got my sr5 gague cluster

i got a sr5 cluster today out of a 1990 4runner v6 at a junkyard for 15 bucks
although i had to calibrate my tac it was pretty easy except for attaching the speedo cable
and i swapped it into my 90 ext cab with a 22re
glad to get rid of the giant tac
for the oil pressure switch, do i get a 4runner sr5 one? will it screw into my 22re?

Eh, I haven't had any complaints yet. I figure it's different enough to not get flagged

You need to make sure you get the proper sender. There are two different senders and it depends on which manufacturers cluster you have. There is one thread here somewhere that explains it. Getting the wrong sender just means the gauge wont read correctly.

Yes it screws in the 22re.

Go back and pull the oil sender from the truck you got the gauge cluster from, if it still has the engine in it.

You just need the sending unit for an SR5 truck with the gauge. Make sure you unplug the sending unit wire for the oil gauge until you get the right sending unit or you will ruin the oil gauge.
