Experiences with TJM T-17 on 86-95's ???
Tried finding out in other threads, but have had no response.
Have you used the TJM T-17 bumper with a winch on an 86-95 Toy? How has it performed for you? Is there somewhere besides the factory shipping loops on the frame to hang a shackle/clevis for recovery? Has there been any problems like the Taco has with the frame end getting stretched from winching? How many bolts are used to mount it and where do they go?
Thanks in advance!

There has to be someone out there who has this combination of T17 bumper on an 86-95 Toy. I can't possibly be the first to consider it.

I have a t-13 on a 95 if that helps.
All the bolts (12) use stock locations, no drilling. 6 bolts hold the bumper to the mounting bracket. There are no recovery provisions, but you can put $5 tow-hooks on the frame (both sides), you just need longer bolts.
I don't know anything 'bout winching.

Well, I guess I'll test the waters myself. I've ordered one through Steve (SS). Decided to go that route after seeing lots of scrape marks on Hell's Revenge from people having too low of an approach angle. This bumper looks to be really good approach angle for a winch mount.
