exhaust question.
so the two bolts on the the muffler side of the cat are completely rusted and rounded. i was wondering if i could just take the saws all to em and replace?

I replaced mine with stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers, liberally coated with anti-sieze compound. I think I just put a socket on the nut and twisted it off to snap the bolt when I first took mine apart.

I had to heli coil the exhaust manifold/ypipe on my girls 4runner. When I removed the exhaust pipe I broke the bolts. Just went to the local parts store and founds bolts that where the same size.

That said, are you just replacing the hardware because it's rusted, or are you taking it apart anyways to replace a gasket or cat converter or muffler, etc...
If you're just replacing them because they're rusted, I wouldn't bother doing it until you have a reason to.

gonna give the saws all a try. jus cause i havent worked since december 1st and i dont get much for unemployment. plus cut off wheels are pricey. an im replacin them cause id like to get a free flowing cat.
