exhaust gaskets/hardware help needed
I've got a standard cab 93 22re 4x4, manual, non california (RN101) and I'm replacing the whole exhaust with these components:
- Exhaust Pipe - Bosal 790-235
- Catalytic Converter - Bosal 099-448
- Exhaust Muffler - Bosal 286-219
- O2 sensor - Denso 234-4052

I never heard of this brand so I have no idea what size it will be.
Does the cat bolt on or is it a slip fit?? If it bolts you need the gaskets front and back.
Does it have the brackets welded on to use the rubber hangers like stock or must you use clamps and hangers.
Is the tail pipe welded to the muffler?? if not a clamp for there.
At least the O2 sensor should come with its own gasket won`t hurt to have extra nuts to replace the rusted off ones.

Thanks Wyoming, from the pictures I'm finding on line it looks like its all bolt on both ends of the cat. So I'll get one for each end.
I'm assuming I'll need a gasket or two (since it has two ports on one end) for the front exhaust pipe?
My understanding is that it's a direct fit for my vehicle and brackets are already welded on.
Tail pipe and muffler are a single unit.
Do you know the bolt size for the O2 sensor? - mine are absent, rust in this case seems to be working in my favor and holding it in
Are the other bolts the same size? I'll give the dealer a call if no one knows here.
Thanks again
