Sorry RobD but your idea woulda sucked! i soldered it and pluged in the wires that were disconected and it fired right up!!!! Thanks guys This site is awesome. Sorry about the double post but i was desperate.

How would his idea have sucked? Would it not have fixed the problem?

hope the solder holds, generally when you damage parts and fix them they are never as good as they were.
