Driver side window

Driver side window
So my driver side window keeps falling whenever I close my door. I installed a new regulator since my uncle said the regulator was the problem but it still keeps falling whenever I close the door and also when rolling down the window it feels very loose and rolling it up feels hard. Any ideas why it’s like that? It’ll help to know to fix the problem

When someone posts a question most of us try to visualize the issue. This doesn't give us much to visualize.
knowing the year and model is important. i'll make the bold leap and assume you have a Toyota.
Second, define "falling down". Does the glass come off the regulator and wall down into the door shell? What do you have to do to correct it each time?
The better the description the better responses you'll get.

If it falls when you shut your door something is very wrong if it’s a new regulator and the window track is secured to the regulator arm correctly I’m having a hard time visualizing how that’s possible with the way the regulators work. This is on my 91 pickup I’m referencing but as Jimkola said we need so much more here
What brand of regulator was used?
