Dose the EGR sensor have polarity?

I managed to pop the wires out of the plug for my EGR sensor. It's on the male side, so just buying a new sensor wont help. Does anyone know which way they go? Or does it matter? If I get it wrong will I mess it up? Thanks

One side of the sensor is grounded. http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...00egrgaste.pdf crossing the wires won't matter to the sensor, but connecting THG to the ground side will cause it to "read" zero ohms or an impossibly high temperature.
