well on the correct wiring for the cold start circuit. When i got this all those wires had been removed so . In the Haynes repair manual it says the green wire goes from the timer switch to the injector only. And in the FMS i downloaded from a prev post that is nice bye the way it says the green wire goes from timer to the injector and also the STJ terminal of ecm.

So if I understand correct you are wiring up everything and want to know which diagram is correct? Stick with the FSM.
I think the cold start injector only comes on when the ignition switch is on start.
According to the diagram, the blue wire goes into the CSI and to the time switch with a Green wire. Then back out of the time switch with a blue wire to the ECU 1-7(STJ).

both the CSI and time switch have power when the key is in the START position.
The time switch provides the ground for the CSI if the water is cool enough. If its warm then it does not provide ground and the CSI cannot fire.
The time switch has a heater element inside it that receives power when cranking that heats up the sensor after a set amount of "time". This prevents the CSI from dumping fuel in forever if you're cranking it for a long time without it starting. Thus preventing flooding.
