My wife went to start her 91 runner and her crankshaft pulley fell off. Ive got a replacement pulley and but im not sure where the woodruff key goes was hoping someone could help me

also on my 90 4runner whenever it is in 4 high or 4 low and i turn the wheels there is a constant clicking sound dont really think its normal was wondering if anyone had any ideas? thanks a lot and awesome forum.

the woodruff key should slide into the slot on the crank, and the pulley will slide onto that and then you bolt it up, the clicking in your runner is probably your cv's, you can replace them or check them, they should not be too expensive, how many miles do you have on it?
