clutch chatter with no slippage and transmission mount

hello

i have been having clutch chatter for for about 1/2 a yr now

i have a 1990 22re

i just changed the transmission mount.
wow what a differance..
its only been 2 days but there is a big differance..i have very little to no clutch chatter anymore..
the mount was sooo bad its was 20 yrs old

with the new mount the transmission sits up about 1/2 to 1 inch higher..
so if you got clutch chatter check that 1st.

Somebody posted a thread about the same issue a couple of days ago. He fixed his by replacing the transfer case mount.

it could be hot spots on the flywheel surface.

Or the clutch was replaced with out getting the flywheel resurfaced? Mine did that a bit where it would chatter after taking off and grab just fine when fully engaged.

If it's a ceramic clutch, they DO chatter.
