A/C system condensating all over bottom of dash
I have a 94 extended cab and just got my ac working. The system is holding pressure and keeping the truck very cool. However, after about twenty minutes of running there is condensation all over the bottom of everything under the dash board and about ten minutes after that the floor starts filling up with water. I mean a lot of water. I'm gonna take apart the dash board and look around but any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Your water drain is probably plugged. Take a look in the engine compartment, from underneath, on the passenger side. You will find the drain tube there. Stick a wire or something in the tube and get ready for water to drain out.

You may want to have your freon vacuumed out and then pull your glove box and remove your condenser and clean it. Alot of trash get in thru the cowl.
Here is what I have seen.
Copied... A little more infor>>> https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f199...l#post52151096
Condenser was dirty. This truck has been well taken care of. It might look like some of the junk trucks I have worked on in the past, but this is common on nice daily drivers as well. It is from not having Vent Screens on the windshield cowl.

It has bee some time since I have pulled the entire blower assembly on a 3rd gen truck as yours. I cant remember if the dash on the passenger side gets in the way, but pulling the blower assembly it self is easy.
So this problem doesnt come aback again, I would pull it and clean that up as well. It will be dirty. The where the assembly sits at you can stick your hand up from inside the cab up into the cowl, there is a stove pipe that is supposed to keep the trash from coming down into your blower assembly. Probably alot of trash there as well.
I remove the cowl in front of the windshield and vacuum it all out. There are cut outs on the edge of the cowl to let rain and water out to drain down behind your mudflaps. If you loosen your inner fender and remove your mudflaps, you will probably have a lot of trash there as well.
I am not sure on your gen of truck but on the previous generations, the cowl screens were an option. I would see about getting some from the bone yard if yours is missing them. Slacker sells ventless cowls for my generation of trucks and when I go to paint my 85, I am getting one from just for all of the above reasons.
