Ive had a set of KCs laying around the garage for a while now. I have HELLA500s on the front bumper, and decided ide mount these on th elightbar in the bed. They were REAL beat looking, so I took some time tonight to paint them. I didnt think to take pictures until I got the first coats of primer on though.

I use that hammered paint on EVERYTHING. that exact color. It looks good on a black truck. My wheels are done with it, and so are most of my add ons.

 

awesome! i'll definitely keep that in mind for any possible add on that i might do in the future. btw, how ell do you like those hella 500s, how much were they, and where from. thanks for any info...

 

The hella 500s are ok...not bright enough for me though. I even run 100watt bulbs. BUT I have the driving lights, not the foglights. I think these KCs are gonna be much brighter

thanks for that info man. just wondering, b/c i posted i thread earlier 2day tryin to ask people a/b some good driving/long-range lights to buy, but now that you said that, i will keep on looking. i'm currently lookin at some of the kc lights and some of the procomp lights...

and DKLARROC, yea...im always adding lights. I cant get enough haha. 4 more are going on tomorrow on the light bar. 2 KCs and 2 hella500s
