Do you "need" a 2 inch body lift or will a 1 inch work. You want to lift as little as possible and that holds especially true to a body lift. You already gonna be really tippy with your susp. lift and 35s, might not want to go that extra inch if you don't need to. Another plus if you keep it to one inch, you wont need to mess with the radiator or shifter, and you can drill new holes in front bumper brackets to work. If your only gonna go 1 inch, you might also want to check out http://wabfab.org/products/bodylifts/bodylifts.htm. Same product and same great customer serivce just for a little cheaper.

You should consider a 1" BL then. A 2" BL with a 5spd is a bit too much...makes for a lot of extra work/parts. Besides, with a 1" BL and that suspension lift you already have, 35's will fit easy.

Is your truck for show or trail use?

Yeah a little goes a long way with a BL. Roger will also do fractional sizes so you could do a 1.25" or 1.5" too, if you really want more than an inch.

roger @ 4crawler also makes shifter extensions....

BUT, I'd go with a 2" Body lift, and a 2" drivetrain lift. it simplifies alot of things, AND gives you tons more clearance. roger makes engine mount blocks, and www.budbuilt.com makes preformed, bolt-on tcase crossmembers preformed to accomodate drivetrain lifts....
