I got the speaker enclosures from a 4runner, carpet for my truck, and door sills for $11.00.

Speaker enclosures are still one of my favorite mods.

Found one of the Montero gauge mounts, but the compass and inclinometer were destroyed. Still took it and mounted tach and volt gauge; because every time i find an sr5 gauge cluster its been torn to pieces. My local pick n pulls people show up and tear interiors to shreds looking fors speaker parts to sell out of their trunks outside. Its pretty sad.

Found a 1980's toyota racing jacket at a flea market though, almost as cool

Found some decent seat covers, $6. Bunch of 4 gauge stereo wiring to get enough for the big 3 upgrade, and a clock from an sr5.

This is more of a junk mod than a junkyard mod. This was actually the PO's and I almost threw it out before realizing what it was used for. You just take a roll of masking tape and lay it on the floor in the center in front of the seat (if you have bench seats) and then insert drink, instant drink holder and much better than the one in the dash.

Nice idea. I added a fender mounted turn signal but I want more visibility. Did you have to change the connector? Bulb mount? Did you use just the bulb or did you actually take the connector from the Accord and mounted in in place of stock?

I think it was an 86? theres a thread on here about it. search for it. but i used the connector from the little marker lights off the accord. then drilled a hole in the corner light. there is already two little holes that arent cut out. i drilled the top one out and wedged the accord bulb in there. then just spliced my old turn signal wires to the bulb. the blinkers blink twice as fast because the bulb is smaller. but you could just add a couple more lights.

I just looked at mine. I don't think it will work because of the stock shock mounts are way different...needs modifying

yeah, the shocks get mounted differently up top, so a bit more work needed. but still an easy, cheap flip-kit!

at that angle, only 1/2 as effective as straight up-down. the more vertical you mount them, the more effective they become
