That's the width. What's the aspect ratio?

 

315/75/16 32? 33? 34? 35?

 

35x12.4 quick google search.

 

315mm divided by 25.4 which converts it to inches = 12.4. Divide that by 75% which is the sidewall height. Multiply that times 2 to get the sidewall height on either side of the rim plus 16 which is the wheel size and u end up with 34.6.
