bear river off-road course?

bear river off-road course?
is anyone familiar with the bear river off-road course in norcal? i have never heard of it but i just found a link on google for it. but of course, clicking this link doesnt take you to a page related to 4wheeling. its a website for a cabin rental...so any clue as to this trail on the bear river and if it even exists or not, i would appreciate
