Auto to manual conversion 92 P/U 22re help

I did a search here and in the noob section and found little to no info. Maybe I did not do it right. Can some one please help me out. Just ned some info on coverting my auto to a manual. I have found some info on 4 runner V6 but I have the 22re. Any help would be great.

There's a link out there somewhere. It's not too hard of a process, I just did it last week with my dad's 4Runner. I'll see if I can get the link from him and post it up.

And by the way, the little round face plates that come off of those Auto hubs, if you don't want to keep the whole thing (and I don't think they're worth much), I'll buy those plates off of them from you. PM me later if you're interested.

I'm starting my '89 4Runner conversion this weekend. I already have all the drivetrain out. I'm keeping a list as I go.
