4runner rear window roll down

hey guys, i really need help on this one. i have a 91 4runner, my gate was hit and bent in about 3 inches. the window wont roll all the way down. i found a donor 4runner with a perfect rear window. the problem is that there is no battery, no engine, and no key......is there a way to splice one of the wires from the rear window switch to power that rear window to roll it down???? since that seems to be the only way to get the gate off

look in a manual and find out where wires run for that motor and hook up a battery. or possibly use the connections in the center console

i will buy that manual today. useing the center console is exactly what i want to use. witch wire is my hot wire that i can connect to my battery? and witch one is the ground? also will these wires run to a relay in the engine bay or fuse? because everything in the engine is gone

im looking at the wiring diagram now... its not that easy....

the best bet would be to hotwire the motor in the back after pulling off the access pannel. then you can bypass the safty switches/relays for a WHOLE bunch of things. (rear gate open, rear wiper on, key on, window lockout etc)

no reason to bust the window!....

at the most you would have to disable the regulator in the tailgate and "manually" take the window down/out

Pull on the carpetplate (pops right off) Pull the plastic cellephane sheet from the drivers side to the passengers side halfway, you will see the window motor, Pull the plug and use jumperwires to activate the motor ( It is polorized, Flip polarity to go up and down.)
You can even do it while the door is laying down.
