Which aftermarket 22re head?
Was wondering what the dealio was on the aftermarket 22re heads these days? Searched but couldn't find the Spanish AMC ones for sale? Newest posts in searches seemed to be around 2014. Is manufacturer/brand no longer an issue?
Any recommendations which to buy, which to avoid?
Thanks.

Are you looking for just a bare head casting or an assembled head?
LC Engineering sells AMC heads both bare and assembled.

I bought an ENGINETECH CH1072N for my 1992 Toyota pickup just over a year ago, and it is still humming along just fine. I bought it from RockAuto for about $250 shipped, and I just looked at it, and it costs $255.79 shipped. It's a new casting, and comes complete for bolt on. Does not include a rocker assembly.
Going to adjust the valves again here in the next couple weeks, so I will get to look it over.
