efi temp sensor, throttle position sensor, timing....
lots of things can cause the engine to run poorly.
maybe a little info on the engine / transmission would help...
...mileage, etc.

It is an auto trans 4x4 of course, it has 152,000,

ive heard putting a manual transmission in will give it some more power but the price to do that is super high.

If you are losing power, try cleaning the intake (search). Seafoam works apparently.

Im surprized nobody has mentioned GEARING!!! Looks like you are running good size meats. The automatic was undergeared from the factory. Those tires just made it worse.

Do a full tune up including: Oil change, plugs , wires, cap, rotor, air filter, o2 sensor and fuel filter...

ring and pinion gearsets, front and rear.
gives the driveshaft more mechanical advantage over the wheels.
not something you would want to tackle yourself.

listen to some of the advice here about tire sizes and gear ratios, then get a mechanic to do the work.

For ignition and misc parts:

www.sparkplugs.com

You should find out the stock gearing first. You can de-code the sticker on your drivers side door sill. Or do the spin-tire method..
