Well, I picked up a 2nd Gen 4Runner with a bad knock in the motor. Just pulled it out and everything has gone pretty well so far. I did break one fitting that had 2 vacuum lines going to it and I'm not sure what it is... need to figure that out so I can replace it.

The fitting in the back used to have two vacuum lines, bottom one is broke off. Any ideas what that is? Only thing I broke taking the motor out... hmmm what is it?
Thanks for the info! I will definitely be fixing it...
Well, now that think about it. While I have the motor out I will likely put headers on it eliminating the EGR and PAIR valves. Can I get rid of more of this crazy vacuum madness?
