Ha, the wife got a plain band for work, easier to clean. She tried her engagement ring one time, wanted to show it off of course, and kept shredding gloves. Dork.

I have seen a guy at work partially deglove his ring finger from letting go of a handhold, WITH GLOVES ON! It was gnarly, so I take mine off for Drill and certain calls.

3 that i can think of right now....

cop directing traffic at an accident got his finger mutilated when his ring caught the mirror of a passing car.

friends wife got her ring crushed on her hand when a toolboax fell on it

guy just got done putting a ladder on his ladder rack of his van and when to jump off but the ring caught and pulled everything off

i ovaled my ring several times working the medic unit carrying the Plano tackle boxes we used to carry
