4runner Was Given To Me. It Will Start But I Notice The Radator Has Oil In It. Please Help.

I Just Checked It A 92 And Yes It Has A V6

hmm maybe a slight chance you can get the headgasket recall done not sure if there still doing that

Head gasket and if you call the dealer with your Vin # they can tell you if it is still eligible.

yea sounds like BHG to me. You should call the dealer and find out if the recall has been done or not. and get a leak down test. maybe you wont have to do both sides. GL!

also a few guys (on the Acura-legend.com forums, they are also very prone to BHG) have used this stuff called "steal seal" it costs around $70 per bottle and they have bearly had any problem since running this stuff, it will make ur water pump leak for a little bit but then it should stop. it seams to be normal for the product. BTW this is just a temp fix.

recall on headgasket

if they honor the headgasket recall that would be sweat. i hate to see a good looking 4runner just sit there.thanks for the help guys. i can't till monday toyota is getting a call from me.

if that dont pan out may look into a 3.4L swap

recall on 92 4runner

i called toyota today gave her the vin# she said that thetruck would fall under the warr,but it was done already in 2000. that sucks good try anyways.
