88 Pickup How to get the dash off!

88 Pickup How to get the dash off!
Any tricks or know how, to get the whole dash assembly off. I need to re connect the HVAC tubes, I bought it and it dosent blow out the vents just were the radio is and the ashtray hole!

Its not real hard to do, I just replaced the whole dash in my 85 truck, i went from brown to grey. I was able to remove the dash in about 30-40 minutes i was taking my time so i didn`t break anything.
