Question 88 4runner Transmission Issues

My transmission I think has reached it's limit 1st, 2nd, sounds like a warbled bearing sound very loud coming from the inside of the case I just had a clutch job done and i dont remember it making this noise b4 it went in so somewhere something has gone wrong! While at idle it sounds like the throwout bearing but it is brand new...so I am ready to replace it but i'm worried it is something else and i am runningout of money and time. Has any body ever had this problem????????

If it makes noise while in gear and driving, it is probably not the clutch. Does it slip excessively? Does it go away when when it warms up? Is there fluid in it?

Well when I am driving it will make noise in 1st,2nd, then starts to go away then no more noise 3rd, 4th, & 5th but it doesn't slip just makes the horrible ball bearing grinding noise and the fluid line is where it should be reading at the reservoir.
