4x4 Accidentally On

Hey guys, so my 4wd light no longer works (had my starter catch on fire and after that it stopped working) anyways that knowledge is important because, I had been driving with 4H on for idk how long, (Maximum 3 weeks) on pavement. My lockers were turned not engaged however. My 4L still works but I haven’t had an opportunity to try the 4H. I probably got up to 85mph as the fastest speed during the time with 4H on. Should I be worried?

If it's not making any funny noises and the 4wd still works I wouldn't be worried. I would probably check the front diff fluid and if you haven't changed it for a while it would probably be a good idea to just drain it and put new fluid in
