4wd not working

92 4runner manual tranny. Recently purchased truck, 4x4 not working.
replaced add hubs w/warn manuals. Hubs lock but no power is going to the front drive axles. front driveshaft spins transfer case works no unusual noise. 4wd light does not illuminate but I can hear it clicking when i shift in and out of 4wd. Anyone know what my problem is??w/ the manual locking hubs none of the vacuums or actuator could cause this right??

did you verify the operation of the hubs? (locking it, and hand turning the axle?)

next to do is manually actuate the add servo

Since you didn't eliminate ADD, i would be looing to the ADD actuator, or the VSV's that control it.

You can run vacuum pressure to one of the two vacuum lines (cant remember which one it is) which will lock the ADd collar in permanetly.

the other way to do it is remove the actuator and jackshaft assy, and replace it with a non-add jack shaft. (or just replace the whole diff if you can find it cheap)
