3VZE LH Fender Ground

3VZE LH Fender Ground
Hi,
I am replacing the 3.0 engine in my 94 4Runner. During the transfer of parts I broke off the grounding strap that connects to the drivers side fender. According to the wiring diagram it grounds the ignition noise filter (which I believe is the plug which connects to a capacitor/condensor next to the ignition on the fender), daytime running light resistor (I don't have daytime running lights and don't see a connection for them on the strap), and it connects somewhere on the block/header. My question is where on the block/header does the strap connect. I think it broke off the metal bracket which is bolted to the upper left side of the LH head between cylinder 2 & 4 but need confirmation.
Thanks,
KG

I melted both my grounds under the hood... one that goes to the block and the one that goes to the PS fender.... I suggest using a heavier gauge ground.... im now using a 4ga. ground.... I was stuck in nowhereland Hunting... good thing the truck wouldnt start... since I shot my first bear while waiting for grounds to show up from my buddy
