3vze headers -> installed!

Just got back from the muffler shop. I finished putting NWO headers on last night and had it towed to the muffler shop where they welded on the rest of the exhaust & put on high flow muffler & cat. This was a tough, tough install and took me much longer than I originally expected, but I can already tell a difference. I deviated from the tech tutorial quite a bit and would love to help out anyone else who undertakes this project. Send me a pm.

As a side note, I have a cable (on driver's side) that is touching the header. The cable is heat wrapped, so I felt safe driving it home today, but plan on moving it tomorrow. How much clearance should I try to get between the header and the cable? I'm going to spend some time looking around at the other side also to make sure everything is a safe distance.

I'm thinking he doesn't want to answer both questions.

Lol, I got the same feeling, but I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and ask again

Yup. Got all the bolts off, but after trying to get it out, I just decided to cut off the pass side flange with a sawzall

I've a couple of before pics and happy to take any afters you have in mind. I'm sorry to say that I don't have any pics of cutting the crossover. At the time, my attitude was like "FOR ****'S SAKE, WHAT'S NEXT??", so when I cut the flange off I was more concerned with killing anything that stood in my way as opposed to helping others out.

What I do have is a video I recorded for a friend of mine so that he can hear the headers. Here's the link:
