It's not a matter of the pump going bad.

It's the corrosive goo that gas turns into when it sits for years.

Lots of parts "aren't that expensive." Until you start replacing a bunch of them.

Testing that pump is dead-simple. Remove the fuel return line from the FPR, replace with a line to a suitable container. Start the fuel pump with the diagnostic connector. I get about 1/2 liter/min that way. If you get nothing out, can you hear the pump running? If the pump is running, it's probably still pumping, and you've got a blockage somewhere from the pump to the FPR.

Or, just replace the pump, and then come back here to ask "uh, now what?"

Don't just start replacing stuff.

Perform tests to determine what's wrong.

Plenty threads oh here about what to do and how to do it.

Lotsa cheap fuel pumps, for sure. Most are junk. Look for a Denso, if it turns out you actually need one.

Well, it can be almost anything. But what seems to be common is having shorted wires to the O2 sensor. I'd start there.
