hey SR5, check out Northwest Off Road. They're out of Oregon. They sell bellhousing kits to bolt the ford 302 right to your W56 tranny. Your tranny and rear end will work great with the 302. However, if your going to run a really hot motor and huge tires you might want to think about swaping out with some Dana's and a beafier tranny.
