I only knew of a 1inch and a possible 2inch lift for our type of SUVs? 4crawler.com is a pretty good site. Good luck!

roger makes a 3" BL for our 4runners...the only thing they need different that a manual doesn't is the shift linkage extensions. check 4crawler.com

Extension

I took mine to a muffler shop and they added a flat bar to the 4WD
shifter linkage. I did ride around for a while with it disconnected.
I would crawl under and move the selector by hand until I got it fixed.

I currently have BFG Mud terrains and they have the agressive look you want and the off road pull you need, and it also last long too. It is just all up to personal preferences. good luck and welcome. P.s i'm also pretty new.

Why the 3" body lift??? I'd really really keep it around 2", I know some people ehre run the 3, and they do make it, but I would start to get concerned over 2, if you don't need the 3, I'd stay clear. Just my .02

Good point, I'm pretty happy with my 1 inch BL. I wouldn't want any more.

Never put a a BODY LIFT on that is made out or steel or aluminum IMO.
My friends cab is rotted through because the metals rubbed together and
rusted holes through the floor. The mounts to the bed are cracked from hard
wheeling. Get some poly or the other stuff 4crawler uses.

I would also say the same too. The metal on metal makes much more heat from friction then the HDPE(sp?) that roger brown uses. I put a Roger Brown 1" in a taco, and I must say it is pretty smooth stuff, reminds me of delrin. Way way better, like I said, stay away from the 3", you really should do a suspension lift if you havent allready, to get any extra clearence.

I have a BRAND NEW NEVER USED 4Crawler 3" Body lift Auto Tranny adapter for Sale.

I bought everything from him before checking which tranny I had.

Ends up I didnt need the adapter.

I love the 3" body lift I dont rub 33 x 12.5 even in full stuff.
