22re timing set at +15 degrees?

Is this normal? I just got my engine to run and when I checked the timing it is +15 or so? It seems to idle fine.

Did you jump the diagnosis port prior to checking the timing?

You should be set to 5 degrees BTDC with the engine warm and diagnosis port jumped.

FSM says should read between I think 10 & 13 with jumper out at idle
