22re help

ok first off i have searched and have done a few things but still cant figure it out. ok i have an oil leak where the head and the timing cover are and the rear main seal. also i seem to be burning oil. if i rev to over 3000 i see some blue smoke so my question is should i rubuild or just fix the leaks? one more thing i have 32's and cant seem to run much over 55 on the speedo.

here are some of the things i have done so far:
new plugs
new wires
new dist cap
new rotor button
new oil pump
new TPS (maybe not adjusted rite)

thanks in advance for the help

I'm by no means an expert, but seems like the burning oil may be from the rings.
And as for the 32's you will have to regear or get smaller tires

do a compression test. put a little oil in the spark plug holes, and do another compression test. if the compression goes up the rings are blowing by.

do some searching for info on the oil leaks...
