20R water pump/pulley

Hey all, so this is kind of off topic as this 20R is in my '78 Celica. I started hearing a loud noise coming from my engine bay and determined it was my fan spinning kind of erratically. I tried tightening down the nuts connecting the fan clutch to the pulley and had 1 of the studs shear in half so I figured that may have been my issue as to why I could slightly move the whole fan/clutch/pulley cover about 1cm (not very much) left or right (left side and right could slightly be tilted closer to the bumper, or closer to the engine itself).

I got the shroud, fan, clutch, pulley and belt off ( belt was pretty beat up as well so I got a new one) and now I can still just barely tilt the disc coming out of the water pump that the 4 studs go into. While everything is still apart, Do I need to replace my water pump, or should the new studs and belt be enough to hold everything steady?

Determine where the slop is while it is apart. Feel the water pump shaft. Any back/forth, or in/out play?? Ant roughness in its' bearing. If anything replace the pump.

Exactly the same for the fan clutch shaft , any play, or roughness replace.
