2.7

i put a 2.7 out of a 2008 tacoma in my 1992 prerunner...runs fine till it reaches operating temp then dies out at acceleration...is this a scensor or what

cant help you with the problem but do you have pics of said truck? i really want to do that swap whenever my 22re goes out.

Did you install all of the 2.7's OBD-II hardware like the data port? Does the CEL still work?

Want better answers ask better questions.

What have you already tried/tested? Might have better luck in the tacoma section, seeing as thats where the motor came from.
