1988 4runner wilwood proportioning valve install

so finally got around to installing this thing , have my f-150 tank(actually have had it for a few months now.) and needed to clean up under the truck for the tank .(remove lspv)

bought some 3/8-24 x 3/16 fittings flared 2 lines and done ..you could buy these also and no need to flare with the right stock length line.
http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?...umber=14-76255

cut off the t for the front and put in a L fitting.

remove the lspv and install the rear line directly to the flex hose .

now ive been trying to adjust this thing , i just backed off the rear until they didnt lock up first ..
any advice on the proper way would be great .

i kept the ubolts long to help keep the springs from popping out ..i really dont want to kill anybody ..

i know they dont look all professional but ohh well at least i wont hurt anybody.
